The brand of your watch can actually tell you quite a bit of important information – whether the design is fashionable, how long it will last, a general price range, and more. Today we check out some of the most popular brands of watches, and discover what they’re known for.

Armani: Armani watches have very distinctive, singular styling, usually utilising Roman numerals, leather bands and a classic squared-off oval face. They fall within quite a narrow price range, and will never go out of fashion.

Fossil: This popular fashion watch brand is unusual, eclectic and very earthy. For a fashion brand, it is also very affordable. Fossil watches generally come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, and you’ll find a range of watches designed for both sport and dress purposes, with anywhere from 0m to 200m water resistance. The brand is technically fairly simple … perfect if you don’t want to get an engineering degree to use your watch!

Jag: Another fashion-focused brand, you’ll find a lot of variability in Jag’s styling. These watches usually come with a slightly longer 3-year warranty.

Lorus: Lorus watches are at the lower end of the price range, and feature simple designs and classic feature sets. Many also come with a 2-year warranty, so despite the ultra-low pricing, there is no reason to worry about quality when buying Lorus watches online.
